Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start the return process, contact us at support@imaginewithgrace.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. Please provide photos of all damaged or incorrect items along with your name and order number.

Please note, due to nature of our items being handmade, the colour and appearance may slightly differ to what you see on your screen, there may also be colour differences due to computer monitor/device settings. Very minor air bubbles and slight frosting may be visible on the decorative candles, this is common when working with natural soy waxes, and is not considered to be a defects.

In the very unlikely event that your parcel is lost during delivery, we will issue either a refund or a replacement, subject to written confirmation from the delivery courier.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or replacements for change-of-mind or for an incorrect purchase on all items. Please check the product specifications and descriptions before purchase.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receipt of your order is to return the item you have as soon as possible. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.  Returned goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and show no signs of damage for reasons not due to our error. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty/damaged and you may incur additional shipping charges to return the product. 

Refunds

We will notify you  as soon as we have received and inspected your return, from there we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
