Shipping Policy

 

Shipping within Australia

We offer free shipping for orders over $120 and a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide regular post or $23 Flat Rate for express post.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Made to order/custom orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.  Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to arrive once you have received your tracking number. If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please email support@imaginewithgrace.com.au

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged. 

 

Unforeseen Delays

During busy times of the year, eg: Black Friday Sales, Christmas, etc, we ask that you please allow up to an extra 5 days for your order to arrive. 

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been shipped, we have no control over the time it takes to get to you.

If you have not yet received your parcel, please check your tracking number details, and if you are concerned at all, please contact us as support@imaginewithgrace.com.au and we will investigate on your behalf.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time.
